The MaxRov is a Live Boat ROV system equipped primarily for inspection as well as some construction functionality. The unit is operational to depths of 3300' and can be efficiently deployed from vessels of all sizes can be fully operational within hours of being positioned on deck. (MORE..)

February, 07 - SSI was contracted by Apache Corp. to monitor a pipeline lay project (touch down and crossings) being laid by Global Industries in the Gulf of Mexico.
May, 07 - SSI assisted Veolia E.S. in a highly detailed survey of a storm damaged down platform in the Gulf of Mexico utilizing a Photon Acoustic survey array.
August, 07 - SSI assisted OSFI with an eight pile platform decommissioning in the Gulf of Mexico utilizing the Max Rov system to maneuver the jetting tools, position explosive charges, and diver observation.
October, 07 - SSI was contracted by El Paso to inspect/survey all wellheads from east to west Gulf of Mexico to depths of 1700'.
January, 08 - SSI assisted OSFI in a platform installation using the MaxRov system to recover corrosion cap, install overshot, stab/position jacket, and perform sonar/video surveys.
May, 08 - SSI assisted OSFI with an eight pile platform decommissioning in the Gulf of Mexico utilizing the Max Rov system to maneuver the jetting tools, position explosive charges, and diver observation.
